JCC- Weddings of A Lifetime first introduced Galentine's Day February 13th, 2021

Galentine's Treattza Day is a collaboration of small business owners in the Bahamas in the wedding/event planning industry. Galentine's Day is celebrated on February 13th in various parts of the world and I decided that why not bring that concept here to the Bahamas.

So this was done but with a twist.

As everyone is aware the Coronavirus-19 Pandemic caused a lot of pain and depression for many persons with the wedding industry being hit tremendously.
This created a feeling of uncertainty amongst Bahamian brides and grooms with lockdowns, restrictions etc. Many people didn't know what to do.

So the thought was to give them a day of pampering with a catered meal, photoshoot, treatbox, makeover, mini spa treatment, at a serene location - free of charge as a way to say we care about you.

The spot where you publicly declare your love and commitment to your partner on your big day is kind of a big deal.

The arch itself is a symbol of the future home the bride and groom will start their family in.
